Abstract

The article formulates the most important problems in the field of capital repairs of common property in multi-apartment buildings, gives a brief description of complex, selective and emergency capital repairs, considers the main goals and features of the regional operator of capital repairs of common property in multi-apartment buildings, justifies the need to solve the problem of low level of inter-organizational coordination based on the logistics approach and the concept of supply chain management, state the main reasons for insufficient use of the concept of SCM in relation to the process of capital repair of dwelling; is an illustrative diagram of the supply chain process of capital repairs of residential property and given its description.
