Abstract

The report looks at the processes of transformation and management of EU economies in relation to the objectives of a neutral economy. The main aspects and characteristics of the environment, the relevant regulatory framework and the specific features of the sectors are outlined. Proposals have been made for the integrated application of transformation models and management tools to achievethe long-term goals of a neutral economy.
