Abstract

This report examines the critical success factors for a facility management process that is responsible for non-core processes in organizations. Based on a study of literature sources and good business practices, summaries are presented that may be useful in future efforts to improve the business model of organizations in terms of facility management. The purpose of the author of the report is to investigate the critical success factors of facility management and, on that basis, to outline some of their key characteristics in order to support theory and management practice in the field of strategic management of organizations.
