Elements of the Project – Necessary to Create a Successful Project

Abstract

Development of the modern business organizations is strongly influenced by the changes and dynamic of environment. To be able to organizations adequately respond to these changes, they use different methods and approaches. One of these approaches is project management. The projects are unique activities, which are created for a certain period of time, to achieve specific goals, results or to resolve some problem. For the successful development of a project it is necessary properly applying of its elements. The structure of the project is based on the existing logical relations between its core elements, which are independent, but dependent on one another.
