Approaches and application model for the establishment and functioning of mobile market structures

Abstract

In the new programming period 2014-2020 in the EU are provided for a number of funding opportunities for the creation of modern market infrastructure for the realization of fresh and processed foods. Special attention will be given to the process of distribution in the direction of shortening of supply channels and improving of the forms for direct sales.The study analyzed seven examples of creating or transforming market infrastructure associated with mobile commerce in fresh and processed foods. Derived indicators of risk assessment in the process of investment decision making. A review of the European and world experience in connection with the issue and referred to the risks and the specifics of its application in the Bulgarian conditions. Developed and presented is a model for optimal operation of a mobile market structure in Municipality of Byala, Varna financed under The European Fisheries Fund.
