Abstract

L’économie mondiale est actuellement secouée par une crise financière qui, pour les uns, apparaît sans précédent alors que, pour les autres, elle ne constitue qu’une nouvelle crise financière dans la longue histoire de la finance. En revanche, sa particularité vient du fait qu’elle se place dans un cadre financier entièrement mondialisé. Dans ces conditions, il convient de revenir sur les objectifs et les réalisations européennes dans le domaine de l’intégration financière.
