Una buena administración requiere ante todo de un control efectivo. El propósito del presente estudio es poner en evidencia las ventajas de los controles y las estructuras organizativas flexibles considerando que vivimos en una época donde se suceden, día a día, cambios profundos en los valores y actitudes de la gente hacia el trabajo y hacia la vida organizacional en general.
