¿Hacia un sindicalismo feminista? Un análisis de la lucha de Las Kellys

Abstract

El sindicalismo feminista ha cobrado fuerza en los últimos años, surgiendo múltiples asociaciones alternativas a los sindicatos de clase tradicionales, como Las Kellys. La siguiente investigación, basándose en un enfoque de Economía Política Feminista, verifica la influencia del sistema capitalista-patriarcal en la configuración de relaciones sindicales sesgadas por el género a través de la división sexual del trabajo en convivencia con la construcción histórica de un arquetipo sindical masculino e industrial. En consecuencia, han aflorado movimientos autónomos de organización obrera feminista que desafían el orden establecido y para revitalizar el sindicalismo español y el movimiento obrero mediante un sindicalismo de clase, feminista e inclusivo, como Las Kellys, ejemplo vivo de este fenómeno
