Différences Culturelles Face À Un Même Actif Environnemental : Une Comparaison Franco-Allemande Des Consentements À Payer Pour Une Amélioration De La Qualité De L'Air

Abstract

Les pollutions environnementales ne connaissent pas les frontières. Pour autant, on peut se demander si les peuples ont les mêmes attitudes, les mêmes perceptions face à un même problème de pollution. Cet article s'intéresse de manière particulière au problème de la pollution atmosphérique dans la zone transfrontalière de Strasbourg (France) et de Kehl (Allemagne). Nous avons, ainsi, mené en simultané deux enquêtes contingentes afin de connaître les préférences des individus face aux risques sanitaires induits par la pollution atmosphérique. Au vu de la comparaison des résultats entre les deux échantillons, il apparaît que les sensibilités ne sont pas les mêmes et que la variable "nationalité" a une influence significative.
