Abstract

The aim of the research is to highlight and analysis of opportunities for implementing interaction management "business external environment - the company". In accordance with the order named, it outlines the following objectives: to identify opportunities and threats to the aviation sector level and application of interaction management "business external environment - the company", the study of factors influencing the external environment of business aviation company, determining interdependencies between the company and the environment for Tarom company, proposing measures for application of interaction management between external business environment and company that would ensure sustainable development strategy for air transport in Romania
