Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eigentumsrechte bilden die Grundlagen von Finanzwirtschaft und Unternehmensführung. Der Kontraktraum ist derjenige Raum, in dem sich Vorstellungen von Käufern und Verkäufern von handelbaren Eigentumsrechten decken. Rechtssicherheit sowie entwickelte Risikomärkte sind wichtig für die Ausdehnung der Kontrakträume. Um Eigentumsrechte bewerten zu können, sind Mess- und Wertsysteme notwendig, die als Zahlen allerdings nur eindimensional abgebildet werden. Diese Mess- und Wertsysteme sind ergänzungsbedürftig um Dimensionen wie „brand capital“, „customer capital“ oder „human capital“. Unternehmensführung und Finanzwirtschaft beschäftigen sich zu wenig mit Dissonanzinformationen, die dem herrschenden Weltbild widersprechen. In beiden ist der Abbau von „perverse incentives“ vordringlich. „Serendipity und Torheit“ werden als Ansätze dargestellt, die beschriebenen Unzulänglichkeiten abzubauen.
