Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die empirische Überprüfung eines Rollen-Interventions-Modells zur Modellierung der Kunden-Berater-Interaktion vorgestellt. Das Experiment wurde mit zwölf Treatment- und sechs Kontrollgruppen in der Tradition der Kleingruppenforschung durchgeführt. Die Hypothese, dass nicht-rollenkonforme Interventionen zu einem Wirkungsverlust des Intervenierenden führen, konnte durch das Experiment bestätigt werden. Neben der Bestätigung der zentralen Hypothese wurde mit dem Experiment auch die Eignung des zugrundeliegenden Rollen-Interventions-Modells zur Operationalisierung von Beraterrollen und zur Kategorisierung von Interventionen in der Praxis gezeigt.
