Abstract

While the information technology is rapidly changing in this century, organizations are required to develop and adapt themselves in this environment in order to survive. Public organizations have changing their recruitment processes, training, performance management and other human resource management procedures to adapt themselves to technological improvements. “E-Human Resource Management” allows personnel to participate in the applications actively, resulting in an increase in job satisfaction. Public organizations try to use this technology for being transparent and effective. In terms of Total Quality approach, e-applications of organizations are playing a role in increasing satisfaction levels of internal and external stakeholders.
