Abstract

There are numerous studies in the international economy literature about foreign trade. The most important part of them is consisting of empirical studies. Lots of proxies and variables are used in foreign trade models for determinants of foreign trade. The models are formed from some foreign trade approaches are benefited. In this study, the factors which are affected to determine export and import demands and basic approaches which are used in the foreign trade models have been investigated from theoretical view.
