Abstract

Continuous growth of expenditures of public health services, in a combination to the limited possibilities of state budget, induces to constant search of more effective ways of the branch financing. Principle of socially focused state constrains attempts of radical change of health services financing in Belarus and becomes a most important reason of budgetary model preservation. Tactical directions of public health services reforming in Belarus, which introduction will allow to raise the efficiency of the branch financing, are discussed in the article, strategic prospects of reforming are opened.
