Abstract

During the implementation of consulting projects for the organization after the stage of creating the concept, the next stage is to select the most important goals and programs of action. Contrary to appearances, this is not easy and obvious. Therefore in progress of this type of work for practitioners, the method of operationalized strategy was established and has been tested, using the fuzzy logic called MOST. This article, after showing the theoretical implications of this method, is focusing on selected examples of the application. It shows how to create a portfolio of work programs and/or projects to give them priorities and to examine existing dependencies and coherence of them.
