Praca własna czy najemna, ziemia własna czy dzierżawiona – zastosowanie dwuwymiarowego modelu probitowego dla rolnictwa w Polsce

Abstract

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest identyfikacja czynników, które wyjaśniają zróżnicowanie decyzji gospodarstw rolnych w odniesieniu do wyboru pracy własnej czy najemnej oraz ziemi własnej czy dzierżawionej. W pracy wykorzystano indywidualne dane dotyczące gospodarstw rolnych pochodzące z systemu zbierania danych rachunkowych – FADN. Wyżej określony cel został zrealizowany z wykorzystaniem dwuwymiarowego modelu probitowego. Otrzymane wyniki wskazują, że decyzje gospodarstw dotyczące wykorzystania ziemi własnej i pracy własnej są ze sobą skorelowane. Wśród czynników, które najbardziej zwiększają prawdopodobieństwo wykorzystania tylko ziemi własnej, były dopłaty do obszarów o niekorzystnych warunkach gospodarowania oraz cena dzierżawy ziemi. Skłonność do wykorzystania jedynie pracy własnej wzrastała wraz ze wzrostem ceny pracy najemnej i udziału zbóż w całkowitym areale upraw.
