Analiza obecności polskiej administracji lokalnej w mediach społecznościowych

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest diagnoza wykorzystania przez administrację lokalną społecznościowego kanału komunikacji. Dokonano przeglądu aktywności w mediach społecznościowych administracji lokalnej w 112 gminach wylosowanych do badań. Każdą z nich poddano obserwacji pod kątem posiadania oficjalnych profili urzędu gminy w mediach społecznościowych i publikowanych tam treści, a także sprawdzono, czy do kampanii wyborczej były wykorzystywane profile urzędów gmin.
