Оценка конкурентоспособности политики оплаты труда: практическое исследование. Competitiveness assessment of the reward policy: a case study

Abstract

Конкурентоспособная политика оплаты труда рассмотрена как основной инструмент решения проблемы привлечения, удержания и стимулирования квалифицированного персонала, актуальной для отечественных организаций. Определены основные этапы и цели оценки конкурентоспособности политики оплаты труда. Проведено исследование практики использования оценки конкурентоспособности политики оплаты труда российскими организациями. Определена практическая необходимость проведения и способы оценки конкурентоспособности политики оплаты труда. Выявлены объективные и субъективные факторы, влияющие на направленность политики оплаты труда. Выявлены тенденции изменения уровня заработной платы под влиянием кризисных условий. Рассмотрены основные показатели мобильности и текучести кадров, уровень средней заработной платы в Иркутской области. Представлена характеристика внешнеэкономических условий функционирования организаций в Иркутской области. Competitive wage policy is considered as the main tool for solving the problem of attracting, retaining and promoting qualified personnel, which is relevant for domestic organizations. The article defines the main stages and purposes of evaluation of the competitiveness of the wage policy. The authors studied the use of an estimation of the wage policy competitiveness by the Russian organizations and identified practical need for and methods of assessing the competitiveness of the wage policy. Objective and subjective factors influencing the direction of the wage policy are identified, as well as the trends in wages under the influence of the crisis conditions. The main indicators of mobility and personnel turnover, the average wage in the Irkutsk region are considered. The description of the external conditions of functioning of the organizations in the Irkutsk region is presented.
