Abstract

Рассматриваются сложившиеся в мире подходы к оценке эффективности крупномасштабных инвестиционных проектов, направленных на создание транспортных объектов. Данная часть статьи посвящена многокритериальному и макроэкономическому подходам. Обсуждаются также вопросы апостериорного анализа эффективности инвестиционных проектов.Prevalent in the world approaches to appraisal of large-scale investment projects aimed at construction of transport systems are considered. This part of the article discusses the multi-criteria and macroeconomic evaluations. The issues of ex-post analysis are discussed as well.
