О Моделях Прогнозно-Планового Типа Для Решения Социально-Экономических Проблем

Abstract

Рассматривается новый подход к исследованию социально-экономических проблем и его формализация (математическая модель) для совместного поиска прогноза экзогенных параметров и оптимального плана. Эта модель, приводящая к поиску неподвижной точки для суперпозиции двух многозначных отображений (м.о.), эквивалентна сложной задаче глобальной оптимизации.
