К Методологии Моделирования Принятия Решений Экономическими Агентами

Abstract

Исследуется влияние психологических особенностей личности агента на выполнение различных этапов принятия экономических решений. Предлагается концепция органической иррациональности выбора как системы восприятия, анализа и интерпретации информации, обусловленной устойчивыми особенностями психологии конкретного агента, а также методы учета этого эффекта при построении оптимизационных моделей выбора. Выдвигается гипотеза о разделении агентов на два типа в зависимости от характера преследуемых целей: агентов типа "homo economicus", для которых главным мотивом выбора является достижение экономических (часто - допускающих финансовое выражение) целей, и "homo institutius", для которых мотивация связана главным образом с изменением институционального положения агента. Обосновывается предположение о культурно-исторической обусловленности количественного соотношения между данными типами в экономике России.
