Stages of change management process in the enterprise

Abstract

At the present stage of development of Ukraine particular relevance are a matter of choice areas of production. Development Company executed by means of the introduction of organizational, technological, personal and other changes that need to skilfully and effectively managed. Determined that the activity on the market is constantly exposed to, both external and internal environments. The factors of influence factors and signs of change and their classification. The following matching factors influencing inflation (macroeconomic and microeconomic) factors of influence over the environment (internal and external). In order to achieve certain goals and objectives that will ensure profitability, survival and competitiveness in the market to effectively manage change constantly. Studied, the employment of foreign scientists to implement the stages of change management in a manner that allows you to get the maximum effect. The study elucidated the need of scientific advances in the practice of the enterprise to its effective growth of manufacturing quality and compliance management processes in the company the latest developments in the world of science.
