Формирование Эффективной Финансовой Политики Региона С Учетом Его Ранга Среди Других Субъектов Российской Федерации

В статье предложена модель социо-эколого-экономически эффективного развития, которая предполагает достижение целей экономического развития региона с учетом социальных и экологических интересов общества в целом. Данная модель может иметь практическую значимость при разработке программ регионального развития.
