Building enterprise labour potential

Abstract

The state, tendencies, and basic problems of building labour potential have been analyzed. The basic ways of solving the problem, related to building labour potential have been grounded, including those in the field of vocational training, which provide for improvement of normative-legal, economical base, organization, management, program and method support. Developing the mechanism of personal employers' and employees' interest in increasing professional competence has been suggested.
