Abstract

Забезпечення швидкої та надійної реалізації переходу права власності на цінні папери є обов'язковою умовою ефективного функціонування фондового ринку і всієї фінансової системи країни. Проте, як показано, в Україні наявні суттєві перешкоди для розвитку інфраструктури фондового ринку, що потребує кардинальних змін у всій її системі.
