Анализ Влияния Налоговой Нагрузки На Экономический Рост С Помощью Производственно-Институциональных Функций

Abstract

В статье предлагается простой алгоритм отыскания фискальных точек Лаффера 1-го и 2-го рода, основанный на использовании эконометрических зависимостей. Предложенный метод апробирован на ретроспективных статистических рядах экономических показателей США, Швеции, Великобритании и России. Показано, что для российской кризисной экономики переходного периода фискальный фактор не имел решающего значения.
