Rola Polski w rozwoju outsourcingu z kregu BPO

Abstract

W dobie rosnacego bezrobocia i ogolnoswiatowego kryzysu gospodarczego nowe miejsca pracy dla absolwentow szkol wyzszych i specjalistow sa niezwykle istotne. Rowniez inwestycje zagraniczne niosace ze soba mozliwosci dynamicznego rozwoju gospodarki panstwa nie pozostaja bez znaczenia. W dzisiejszych trudnych dla biznesu czasach odpowiedzia na powyzsze problemy wydaja sie inwestycje sektora uslugowego Business Process Outsourcing. Jednym z glownych czynnikow przemawiajacych za rozpoczeciem dzialalnosci BPO i wplywajacym na ostateczna decyzje jest lokalizacja przyszlego centrum. Jest ona bezposrednio powiazana z wieloma innymi kluczowymi dla przyszlej inwestycji elementami, jak chociazby cena swiadczonych uslug, dostep do wykwalifikowanej kadry pracowniczej czy tez pomoc i zachety podatkowe ze strony rzadu. Od kilkunastu lat Polska jest coraz czesciej dostrzegana i co wazniejsze doceniana jako potencjalne panstwo, w ktorym oplaca sie inwestowac w branze BPO. Dzieki roznego rodzaju czynnikom jest w stanie konkurowac ze swiatowymi gigantami i potentatami sektora, jak Indie, i wygrywac te walke. Ponizszy artykul ma za zadanie pokazac aspekty Polski, ktore determinuja jej przewage i stawiaja ja na czele panstw Europy Wschodniej, w ktorych rozwija sie sektor uslug dla biznesu. Zwraca on uwage na kluczowe elementy decydujace o sprawnym dzialaniu i prosperowaniu przedsiebiorstw BPO. Z uwagi na to, iz jest to jeden z najdynamiczniej rozwijajacych sie sektorow gospodarki polskiej, warto szerzej przyjrzec sie temu zjawisku.
