Abstract

The analysis of the natural movement of the population is a determinant of the country’s population as well as the labor resource for age-related labor. In this regard, it is to be seen that in September 2017, the number of newborns was 18,156 children, with 1956 less than in the corresponding period of the previous year. Also, the number of deaths was 18,638, which by comparison gives stability in September 2017. The authors note that from September 2016 to September 2017 there was a peak of negative natural growth in January 2017 when the number of live births was 15,800 and the death of 29,500. Subsequently, the number of deaths decreased and the number of newborns increased in a weighted way, so that in August-September 2017 there was a 0 increase, ie the number of live births was equal to the number of deceased. Other indicators such as marriages and divorces, represented graphically, showed that since June 2017, there has been a trend of increasing marriages, while divorces have remained as a plagiarism at the level of 2000 divorced individuals at 100,000 in this interval . The natural state of population growth is an element to be interpreted in terms of job creation for the economy. But an analysis must also be made on the natural movement of the population in persons with their usual domicile or habitual residence in Romania, as presented in two suggestive tables. The labor resource is created through population quotas that may be rising or falling and the authors also make an analysis in this regard. It follows that this phenomenon of the natural movement of the population must be paid attention and those who lead should consider measures to stimulate birth growth.
