Abstract

Se pare ca in era informationala utilizarea tehnologiei informationale este o tendinta necesara pentru evolutia organizatiilor publice si private din secolul 21. Utilizarea tehnologiei informationale in domeniul public include democratia electronica care este orientata spre guvernare si spre guvernare electronica, adica spre orientarea pe piata a serviciilor. Este indubitabil faptul ca utilizarea acestor tehnologii va imbunatati in mod evident eficienta sectorului public si participarea cetatenilor la procesul decizional prin forumuri electronice.
