Abstract

Infochioscurile sunt recunoscute ca fiind instrumente de baza pentru furnizarea de oportunitati economice si pentru cresterea calitatii vietii urbane. Aceasta noua tehnologie (TIC) simplifica modul de dobAndire a cunostintelor, implicate in dezvoltarea oportunitatilor de imbunatatire a sistemelor educationale, medicale, politice, sociale si economica.
