Schimbarea poate fi abordata intr-o mare varietate de moduri. Nu exista o strategie eficienta in orice imprejurare; abordarea sau combinatia de abordari va reflecta propria evaluare in privinta a ceea ce se potriveste cel mai bine schimbarii particulare.
