Stadiul Guvernarii Electronice In Orasele Europene

Abstract

Lucrarea descrie procesele reale si experientele de guvernare electronica in orasele din Europa. Prima parte este dedicata analizei tipurilor de clienti ai sistemelor ce implementeaza guvernarea electronica si relatiile dintre acestia din perspective serviciilor specifice guvernarii electronice implementate in orasele europene. Analiza se bazeaza pe elementele referitoare la acces, continut si infrastructura. In final se discuta despre eReadiness ca masura a gradului de pregatire al oraselor europene pentru guvernare electronica. Toate orasele sunt interesate in implicarea larga a cetatenilor si utilizatorilor, ceea ce reprezinta un pas important si necesar de extindere a calitatii guvernarii electronice in contextul urban.
