Abstract

Cetatenii au tendinta de a se implica in viata publica a comunitatii din care fac parte atunci cand simt ca opinia lor contreaza si este luata in considerare de catre autoritati. La modul general este acceptata ideea ca majoritatea cetatenilor nu au un punct de vedere pertinent vis-a-vis de o anumita problema de interes public. Tocmai de aceea tehnologiile informatice si de comunicare pot fi utilizate in scopul atragerii si includerii opiniilor cetatenilor in procesul decizional pe plan local. In acest mod se asigura reprezentarea interesului public, general si specific in procesul de formulare si implementare a deciziilor autoritatilor publice.
