Analiza Stakeholderilor Si A Rolului Acestora In Guvernarea Electronica

Articolul analizeaza stakeholderii din punct de vedere al politicilor de guvernare electronica, al accesului la serviciile de guvernare electronica si al infrastructurii de guvernare electronica. Principalii stakeholderi implicati in guvernarea electronica sunt cetatenii, mediul de afaceri si guvernul, la care se adauga si alte institutii. Nivelul de implicare al acestora in promovarea guvernarii electronice se masoara prin analiza politicilor prioritare, a instrumentelor referitoare la participarea electronica, cat si a instrumentelor care implica stakeholderii In procesul de luare a deciziilor.
