Abstract

The article studies the relationship between cadastral value and rental rate of agricultural land in the subjects of the Volga Economic Region. The average weighted values of cadastral value according to the territorial affiliation of lands are studied. The level of interrelation on the basis of correlation analysis is determined. The author's approach to the rental rate values adjustment for the subjects of Volga region with different cadastral value is presented. The absence of potential impact of cadastral value on the final rental rate for subjects of the Volga Economic Region was revealed, that determined the necessity of individual assessment of the value of agricultural land involved in civil turnover in terms of individual market assessment.
