Abstract

Under conditions of formation of technological independence of Russia the most important task is to ensure market orientation of production capabilities of domestic enterprises of the military-industrial complex. Possessing significant scientific and technological, production and personnel potential, they can realize large-scale production tasks of high-tech civilian and dual-use products aimed at achieving import substitution goals and overcoming the sanctions against the Russian Federation. It is impossible to solve the strategic tasks without transformations in marketing activities at the military-industrial complex enterprises, which, from the point of view of practical use, makes the task of marketing activities diagnostics at the enterprise urgent on the threshold of its expected change. Based on the results of the work, diagnostic method of the enterprises marketing activities is presented. The proposed method makes it possible to ensure the strategic nature of the business, its mobility and adaptability and the ability to be profitable in the future.
