Abstract

The paper considers the questions of regional differentiation of electricity tariffs for final consumers in the Russian Federation. Analyzed the magnitude of the differences in electricity tariffs for consumers who are geographically close and similar socio-economic indicators in the region. The main factors of inter-regional differentiation of rates: the cost of electricity transmission services. We consider the foreign experience of formation of regional electricity tariffs. A set of measures aimed at reducing the difference in tariffs for electricity between regions of the Russian Federation.
