Abstract

This article is devoted to the question of influence of shadow processes on the realization of government policy in the sphere of modernization of Russian economy. Author focuses on investigation modernization on each stage of reproduction process considering the impact of shadow economy. The main question of this article is: does shadow economy interfere improvement of economic sphere?
