Abstract

Economists have long kept the belief that government tax and expenditure policies are neutral - and can easily be turned into a neutral - to the market. Economists - free-market advocates have defended the idea of ??a neutral state, and even economists advocating redistributive action of the State, considered it possible to smooth the separation of servicing and redistributive functions of the state, at least in theory. The purpose of this paper is to examine the nature and consequences of the fiscal neutrality of the state; The study argues that any government action being taken away with the necessity of income, resources and assets from the market and, thus, the mission of search capabilities of a neutral tax or spending policy is not feasible, and the very notion - no more than a myth.
