Abstract

During the economic crisis, the Russian authorities have decided to prioritize the stability of the financial system. But the inevitable price to pay for this - the deterioration in the labor market. Unemployment in Russia since the beginning of economic reforms was not the most acute social problem. Now she can become such, if you do not provide the conditions for development of small businesses, designed to create a large number of jobs. Empower small businesses, by facilitating access to credit, secured by a pledge not to, and reputation, the support of the local community - an important factor in the development of small business. Construction of Russian business of microfinance - a topic for serious discussion, yet deprived of attention of Russian economists. Therefore, I consider it necessary to draw the attention of readers to this article. -Yegor Gaidar
