Abstract

The crisis is currently being discussed almost all classrooms. There is no dispute that he were both internal and external causes. The discussions reached consensus that the crisis manifested first in the stock market, then subsequently spread the credit sector, captured the real economy, led for a review of the regional budgets, to the problems in the labor market, It has acquired a systemic character.
