Abstract

Economic growth observed in Russia for the last 7-8 years, appeared to many quite unexpected and not planned. In many ways, he came under the influence of natural market forces associated with the favorable situation on the raw materials markets, with the influx of speculative capital from global markets against the background of a cyclical crisis in the developed countries at the beginning of the decade, with the "enlightenment" of the shadow economy, as well as released by the preceding reform forces of self-development of the economy (competition, entrepreneurial activity, new market technologies) and other similar reasons. These factors have determined the logic of building a reproduction model of economy period. Its core - the control over the receipt and redistribution resource rents, supplemented by a system of state capitalism in big business and the expansion of public spending on social programs.
