Das Energieeinspargesetz und evtl. Negativ-Folgen

Abstract

Mit der Energieeinsparung wird sich in dem Bereich des Bauens erst seit ca. 1976 mit der Einführung des Energieeinsparungsgesetzes (EnEG) vom 22. Juni 1976 beschäftigt. Davor war es Sache des Bauherrn zu entscheiden, inwieweit dieser Mehrinvestitionen für sein Gebäude bei der Errichtung tätigen will, um hierdurch Energie einzusparen (zweischalige Wände, bessere Verglasung und teurere und damit aber auch effektivere Heizungsanlagen usw.). Im Jahre 2002 trat dann die Energieeinsparverordnung (EnEV vom 01. Februar 2002) an die Stelle des Energieeinsparungsgesetzes mit deutlich erhöhten Anforderungen an das Gebäu¬de und damit deutlich höheren Energieeinsparungen gegenüber den bis dahin erfolgten Ausführungen. 2009 trat dann wieder das Energieeinspargesetz, welches heute für uns bei der Erstellung von Gebäuden gültig ist, in Kraft (EnEG 2009). Die Gesetze sind sinnvoll zur Einsparung unserer Ressourcen und damit zum Erhalt unserer Umwelt. Wie bei vielen Verordnungen und Vorschriften haben jedoch auch diese Gesetze negative Einflüsse auf unser tägliches Leben. In den nachfolgenden zwei Fallbeispielen wird nur exemplarisch auf solche Negativeinflüsse hingewiesen und Tipps zur Vermeidung gegeben.
