Abstract

Satisfaction of clients with social services is very important for social services providers. lt is a subjective category which can show providers how clients perceive quality of social services. lt is necessary to know the measure of client's satisfacti­ on, especially nowadays, when quality is a much discussed category mainly in connection with the Acton Social Servicesand its amendment.
