Abstract

Introduction. The relevance of assessing technological innovation management in enterprises within the context of digital transformation stems from the necessity to effectively implement new technologies, enhance competitiveness, and adapt to rapidly changing markets. Materials and methods. The research materials included studies on innovation management, digital transformation, and their impact on business processes, published in peer-reviewed journals. The methods employed in the study were theoretical analysis, data collection, and analysis of technological innovation implementation in enterprises, encompassing surveys, interviews, and document analysis. Results. The study examined the evaluation of managing the end-to-end process of developing and commercializing high-tech products within the context of digital transformation in medium-sized enterprises across relevant industries, as well as potential improvements in the areas of Market Analysis, Planning, and Research and Development. The author’s approach and algorithm for assessing the implementation of the end-to-end process of managing high-tech product development and commercialization in the context of digital transformation were presented. Market experts were surveyed and interviewed. Weighted integral indicators were determined, including the effectiveness of the end-to-end process of high-tech product development and commercialization in the digital transformation context, as well as the feasibility of an effective industrial digital enterprise model. Using the expert evaluation method, the importance rankings of the stages in the end-to-end process of high-tech product development and commercialization were calculated. Conclusion. The proposed measures to enhance the efficiency of the end-toend process of high-tech product development and commercialization serve as improvement programs for key stages such as Market Analysis, Planning, and Research and Development. These will form the basis for developing and implementing fundamental principles, methodologies, techniques, and algorithms for managing this process.
