Abstract

La empresa familiar o taller capitalista de producción artesanal son organizaciones sociales predominantes en la región Pátzcuaro Zirahuén; consideradas por los autores como generadoras de fuentes de ingresos que para algunos representa el único medio de subsistencia y para otros son complementarios a la economía familiar. Además, juegan un rol dentro de la economía local, porque materializan la cultura y tradiciones representativas para el turismo de la región. La consolidación de una cultura hacia la mejora continua, no solo resuelve la permanencia de la actividad milenaria que realizan, sino que además contribuye al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de sus integrantes. Con el fortalecimiento de capacidades locales en organizaciones de la economía social solidaria como estrategia de desarrollo, se integran procesos de innovación que coadyuvan a la construcción de redes de colaboración social, económica y tecnológica a partir de la vinculación y participación de actores locales, por tanto, puede ser vista como una alternativa de aproximación endógena al desarrollo económico local.
