Una propuesta de conceptualización del proceso de innovación en los servicios turísticos desde la visión evolucionista de la firma
This article provides the theoretical framework of innovation in services and especially tourist services. A review of the main theories related to the theme, focusing on the evolutionary line of thought of the firm. Adopting this approach, since this theoretical perspective the company is an organization with people who make decisions with objectives, behaviors and capabilities. Thus, under the evolutionary view of the firm makes a proposal to conceptualize the phases and activities of the innovation process in enterprises of tourist services.
