Abstract

Bu makalede, İslam düşünce ve ilim tarihinin mühim mütefekkirlerinden İbn Haldun (1332-1406) hakkında yakın dönem filozoflarından Muhammed Âbid el Câbirî (1936-2010), Franz Rosenthal (1914-2003) ve Ahmet Arslan’ın (1944-…) İbn Haldun okumaları ve çalışmalarında kendisine yer bulan Halduncu düşünce üzerinde durulmuştur. İbn Haldun çalışmalarının ve Halduncu düşüncenin farklı dönemler ve çeşitli coğrafyalarda değişik anlam ve yorumlamalar ortaya çıkaracak düzeyde olduğu yapılan çalışmalarla gözler önüne serilmektedir. Makalede; İbn Haldun’un çeşitli perspektiflerden yaklaşılarak anlaşılması ve Halduncu düşüncenin derin yönlerinin de gözler önüne serilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
