Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türk Şeker A.Ş.’ye bağlı 15 fabrikanın 2001-2017 yılları arasındaki veriler kullanılarak üretim ve nakit yönetimi süreçlerinin etkinlik analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada her yılın üretim süreçlerini temsil eden üç girdi ve üç çıktı dikkate alınmıştır. Ayrıca nakit yönetimi etkinliğinin araştırılması amacıyla iki girdi ve iki çıktı kriter kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın analiz sonuçları incelendiğinde genellikle etkinlik bildiren ya da etkinliğe yakın skorlar ile karşılaşılmıştır. 2006-2015 yıllarında 0.93, 2005 yılında 0.96, 2007-2008 ve 2014 yıllarında 0.97, diğer yıllarda 0.98 ve üstü skorlar elde edilmiştir. Nakit yönetimine göre etkinlik analizleri 2001-2003 ve 2006 yılları dışında etkinsiz oldukları görülmüştür. Bu değerler finansal etkinliğin giderek bozulduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca Üretim Yönetimine Göre Etkinlik Skorları İle Nakit Yönetimine Göre Etkinlik Skorları Arasında anlamlı derecede fark olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
